We here at 2Tides believe in small groups and small impact on the nature, none of our trips are over 8 guests. On top of our schedule trips, we can also cater for your own private trip, maybe family, or group of friends, corporate group etc. A lot of our guests have never been on this types of trips before and it is rewarding to see how well people get on and enjoy life.
We do run different levels of fitness on our trips, to make it more enjoyable for all. We find that the sooner you get comfortable in the group and the surroundings, the faster you will start exploring and enjoying the fantastic area you are in, this is also where you will find that our guides make your experience extraordinary.
Novice (to intermediate)
The BLUE level is for beginners, which wants to experience something different and enjoy the elements without pushing their own limits. Most of these BLUE trips are for you that are not used to camping or being out in the wilderness. Basic level of fitness is required.
Intermediate (to expert)
The RED level is for intermediate, which want to experience the “wilderness” and maybe push their limits. Most of these trips are for you that have been out camping before and like to get a good work out every day. These trips are also aimed at those, who have a higher level of fitness, maybe work out regularly, 2-4 times a week, even if they maybe aren’t so used to the camping life.
The age range for our trips will be specified under each trip. We do NOT run any trips for under 12 years old.
Some of our guests in the past have been allergic to everything from peanuts to shellfish, etc. and we have always been able to adjust the menu, as long as you inform us.
Very little of our menu is comprised of packaged goods. All of our fruit and vegetables are fresh and whenever possible, organically grown.
